Landlords furniture - We work with landlords to furnish rental properties, hassle-free, in Dublin and across Ireland. You won't have to source furniture yourself, talk to suppliers, arrange delivery or install anything. We will take on the entire process for you. You are busy, perhaps with multiple properties to manage and tenants’ needs to meet. You don't have much time to spend on furnishing or design. But do want your properties to look amazing and for your tenants to feel at home. We will make that happen.
Design-led quality - Our all-inclusive furniture packages help you get your property ready to let, fast. Our design team will guide you through the process and help you make design-related decisions.
Everything taken care of - We can take your property from unfurnished to completely kitted out and ready to move in to. We will order your furniture, assemble and install it and take away all packaging. We will even liaise with and provide keys to your tenants.

LIAISING WITH TENANTS
We will work with your tenants to install furniture with minimum inconvenience. You won’t need to make arrangements with them directly or be at the property for deliveries or clean-ups
KEY COLLECTION
We will also collect your keys from yourself or your tenants and return them when we are finished. This minimises the inconvenience for all people
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
We will organise everything, including ordering your furniture from our extensive network of suppliers and arranging delivery.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
We will be on hand to receive your delivery and then assemble all your new furniture in your property. We will make sure to have it in the correct place, intended area, ready and waiting when your tenants walk through the door
RECYCLING
We will remove all packaging and old furniture, recycling everything we can while doing so. Moitif Pro keeps environmentally conscious policies for procuring and supplying furniture pieces to ensure that we do our part in the effort against climate change.
AFTERCARE
